Parts and Payment

• New tires are paid for upfront up order

• For common repairs such as brake service, parts may be purchased and paid for upon completion

• Labor is due upon completion

• Customer-supplied parts are not warrantied

Cancellations

• At least 1-hour notice required

• No-shows may be charged

• If parts are ordered or purchased, the cost remains due even if canceled'

Non-Payment

• Holden’s Garage reserves the right to pursue lawful remedies including mechanic’s lien or wheel immobilization where permitted by law.
